Near to the famous Temple of Apollo this spacious 2-bed apartment (with lift and pool) is a short Dolmus ride to the fabulous Altinkum main beach and with all its bars, shops, restaurants and nightlife. It is a 5-minute walk to Didim and the famous Saturday Market where you can buy fruit and veg and anything else that takes your fancy.

The apartment is about 90m2 (970sqft) with two balconies. There are two bedrooms; the main bedroom has two single beds air conditioning, wardrobe, drawers and an ensuite bathroom, with shower, w.c. and hand basin. The second bedroom has again two single beds, wardrobe, drawers and ceiling fan.

The kitchen is separate from the lounge (which is unusual in a lot of new properties) and is fully equipped with an oven (with extractor), fridge, washing machine, toaster, kettle, ample cupboard space and an iron and ironing board.

The lounge has a very comfortable convertible sofa bed and one arm chair (which is also a small sofa bed if needed). There is a TV with satellite (500 channels plus radio) and a DVD player to play movies and a CDplayer.

There are two balconies, one from the lounge, which gets sun all day and this one has balcony furniture and there is also one off the kitchen for drying washing etc. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Altinkum is a busy holiday resort with three golden sandy beaches. The beaches have particularly shallow waters making Altinkum especially suitable for family holidays but also great for couples too. The beaches offers sun beds and parasols and a wide range of water sports.

The centre of town is almost largely modern with a pedestrianised sea front area. There is also a good range of bars and restaurants along the waterfront offering international and local cuisine.

Altinkum is a good holiday base for exploring the local area. The sights at Ephesus (the country's most famous historic site) Pamukkale, and Bodrum are easily reached from Altinkum.
