This spacious 2 storey detached villa has private pool and garden, ample accommodation and is equipped to a high standard. Its elevated position provides stunning views of Kalkan Bay and the Mediterranean beyond.
The villa is situated on the edge of Kalkan, a typical Turkish fishing village and backed by the Toros Mountains, making it an ideal quiet holiday location.

The rooms are light and airy with the upstairs balcony, roof terrace and poolside terrace all providing stunning views of Kalkan harbour and bay. There is a welcome pack on arrival containing bread, milk, cheese, butter, tea & coffee, pool cleaning takes place daily with a linen change twice weekly.

Access to the first floor is via an eye-catching, open spiral staircase (not suitable for young children and the elderly). The spiral staircase continues up to the roof terrace which provides the best panoramic views of the bay.

A local English agent deals with day to day running of the villa and is available to assist in emergencies.Our agent can arrange transfer from the airport and car hire .

Ground Floor
Downstairs accommodation comprises open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with bed settee to sleep one, air conditioned double bedroom with french door access to the terrace, pool and garden and bathroom with shower. The open plan dining area with dining table & french window has access to terrace & pool. Fully fitted kitchen contains hob/oven, fridge / freezer & washing machine.

First Floor
The first floor air conditioned master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room comprising shower, wash basin & w.c together with french window access to both a private balcony and a shared balcony. The second first floor air conditioned bedroom has twin beds and access to the private and shared balconies together with an en-suite shower room containing shower, wash basin & w.c. The shared balcony overlooks the terrace, pool and garden .

Outdoors:
The pool has entry steps and is a constant depth throughout its length at 2 metres - please consider depth when bringing young children. The terrace and pool have sun loungers and parasols. Garden has an upper level along the pool and secluded stone walled lower level with young fruit and olive trees, hammock , BBQ, pergola with table and chairs.

A car parking area is located adjacent to the main stepped entrance to the villa.

Local facilities:
The facilities at the nearby Asfiya Hotel are available for the villa's guests and include children's pool, gym, Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath.

The village shops are a 5 minutes away, the stone village beach is a 15 minutes walk and there are over 50 restaurants in the village. There are regular trips to Patara Beach (a 20 minute bus ride away) - one of the top 10 beaches in Europe and well worth a visit.

Taxi or local bus will take you to any nearby town or beach. Boat trips can be arranged by our local agent.

How to get there:
To reach Villa Cukur fly into Dalaman airport. The villa is a 2 hour drive through the fasinating Turkish countryside to Kalkan, we can arrange car hire or a taxi to transport you (there will be an extra cost for this service).
