The villa is divided into a two-bedroom house with several terrace and a separate self-contained studio apartment. The villa can be rented out as a whole, or separetely. The kitchen is very well equipped and you have a patio door leading onto a covered terrace for al fresco dining. The spacious roof terrace offers you spectacular views and every evening you can enjoy watching the orange-red sun set into the sea.

There are two swimming pools on the complex, the bottom pool has a snack bar. the top pool is about a minute's walk away and has wonderful views.

The main house has a double bedroom, kitchen/living room, bathroom and second bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a terrace for the barbeque and drying washing.

The studio has twin beds, a kitchenette and a large bathroom with full sized bath and shower overhead.

Yalikavak is 5km away and has many good restaurants and shops, a harbour, a beach and new marina. Thursdays it has a market. There is a good beach about 10 mins drive away in Gundogan. Bodrum town is about a 25 minute drive away.

Car hire and airport transfers can be arranged at competitive rates. Car hire is recommended, though not essential as taxis and buses are readily available.
