Sultan Way is a new (2005) apartment complex in Altinkum, situated in a quiet residential area about fifteen minutes walk from the main beach.The complex consists of 42 apartments in four buildings.
There is a large communal swimming pool and a separate children's pool. There is 24 hour security on site.
Apartment B3 is a ground floor apartment, and has the following accommodation:-
Large lounge/diner with a double bed settee, coffee table, TV, dining table and six chairs. A patio door leads onto the large veranda, which has a six seat patio set. The lounge has an air conditioning unit.
The kitchen is off the lounge and includes a gas/electric cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave and toaster.
Bedroom one has a single bed and two bunk beds, and bedroom two has a double bed, plus wardrobes and cabinets in both rooms.
The bathroom has a shower, jacuzzi bath, toilet and wash basin. Hot water is supplied by an electric boiler.
Sultan Way is a short walk fom the beaches, town centre, supermarket, shops, and restaurants.
